About the project: Association of Lawyers for Medical and Health Law (SUPRAM) in cooperation with the Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights (YUCOM) is implementing a program of education in 20 local self-government units in Serbia, in the framework of the project “European Support for the Inclusion of Roma People”, which is implemented by the OSCE.
The aim of this project is to raise awareness through trainings and improve the knowledge of local experts in the field of social work and health care in the fight against discrimination of Roma in twenty local self-government units. After the training, health and social workers will be better prepared for providing social and health services in local self-government units with the use of non-discriminatory access. The final goal is to lower the level of discrimination in the work of professionals with users who come from socially vulnerable groups. Training’s are accredited as a program of continuing education of health professionals from the Health Council of Serbia.
